个人简介

袁建涛，男，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。现任浙大城市学院副教授、边缘智能研究院副院长、信息与电气工程学院电子信息专业负责人。浙江大学兼聘专家、杭州市青年人才项目、杭州市高层次人才D类、舟山市高层次人才银卡类。2010年至2013年在上海大唐移动通信设备有限公司担任LTE规划优化工程师、培训讲师、系统工程师。曾先后参与第三、四和五代蜂窝移动通信网络MAC/RRC协议的研究。目前研究领域为无线通信与人工智能。主持/参与国家重大科技专项子课题、自然科学基金面上项目和青年基金、浙江省自然科学基金等项目，承担华为技术有限公司、浙江电网、浙江华云信息科技有限公司、北京智芯微电子科技有限公司等企业横向课题多项。发表SCI/EI论文30余篇，提交发明专利30余项。担任国际会议IEEE Globecom、IEEE VTC等国际著名会议编委，国际期刊IEEE Commun. Letters、IEEE ACCESS、Frontiers in Public Health和国际会议IEEE Globecom、IEEE VTC、IEEE SPAWC、IEEE SmartCity及IEEE WCSP等的审稿人。
